Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Syntronia AI LLC, governing your use of syntronia.com. By using the Site, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The Site and the Services

Syntronia AI LLC (“Syntronia,” “we,” “us,” “our”) designs, builds, and operates custom AI systems and infrastructure for businesses. This Site is provided for informational purposes. You may not misuse the Site, including through scraping, unauthorized automated access, or interference with its operation.

2. Intellectual Property

The content of the Site, the Syntronia name, and the Syntronia marks belong to Syntronia AI LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view the Site for your own informational purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

Call booking is handled through GoHighLevel. Text messages are delivered through TextGrid. Site analytics are provided by Google Analytics. The Site is hosted by Vercel. Third-party links are provided for convenience and do not imply our endorsement.

4. No Professional Advice; No Engagement

Site content is general information and not professional, technical, or business advice. Browsing the Site or booking an introductory call does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either party. An engagement begins only under a separately signed agreement, which defines scope, fees, timelines, confidentiality, data ownership, and responsibilities for that engagement.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntronia AI LLC's total liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to $100, excluding indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies only to Site use - liability for an actual engagement is governed separately by that engagement's signed agreement.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Syntronia AI LLC harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

10. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms at our discretion; you may not assign them without our consent.

11. SMS Terms

Message types. Syntronia AI LLC sends text messages only to people who opted in through the form at syntronia.com/contact-us. Depending on which box(es) you check, you may receive (a) account notification messages: appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling updates for calls with our team; and/or (b) occasional marketing messages: invitations to book a consultation and news about new AI automation services. You receive only the message type(s) you opted into.

Frequency and costs. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of using our services.

Opt out and help. Text STOP to opt out at any time; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email team@syntronia.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. Mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
